POLICY SCOPE NOTICE
How kasksutoto Collects and Uses Your Information
When you open an account with us, we collect the details you provide during registration — your email address, account credentials, and the contact information you submit. When you fund your account using DANA, OVO, or GoPay, our system records the transaction reference, amount, and timestamp; we do not store your full e-wallet credentials or PIN. We also collect technical data your device sends automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system version, and session activity logs. This data lets us display your account wallet balance accurately, resolve payment queries, and keep your session secure across devices. We use your information to operate your account, process your deposits and withdrawals, respond to support requests, and meet any obligations required by the laws of the regions where our service is available. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Where we share data with service partners — for example, payment processors handling your DANA or OVO transfers — those partners are contractually required to protect it. Data retention periods depend on applicable local regulations; account records are held for as long as required by those rules.
-
DANA Transactions
Deposit and withdrawal records tied to your DANA account are logged by reference number and timestamp. You can cross-check these entries against your DANA app history at any time from your account wallet page.
-
OVO Transfer Records
OVO payment confirmations appear in your kasksutoto account history the moment a transaction clears. The entry shows amount and status; your OVO credentials are never stored on our servers.
-
GoPay Payment Logs
GoPay transactions are recorded in the same account history view. If a transfer status is pending or unclear, the reference ID shown lets you verify the transaction directly inside your GoPay app.
-
Session and Device Data
We log your login timestamps, device type, and IP address to protect your account from unauthorized access. You can review active sessions in your account security settings and end any session you do not recognize.
